Ingison, age 78, of Farwell, died on Monday, April 2, 2001 at the Mid Michigan Medical Center of Midland. James was born on April 24,1922 in Detroit, the son of Charles and Katherine (Rote) Ingison. He was united in marriage to Laverne Burbic on April 29, 1942. Jim was a member of the Sparta-Esterline Post of the VFW of Farwell, life member of the Wilson-Blackmer DAV of Lake. Jim is survived by his wife Laverne, children: Sheryl and Raymond Opacki of Clinton twp., Dennis and Olivia Ingison of Clinton Twp., Christine Mullin of Memphis, and Leslie McAloon of Warren; one brotherJohn and Jeane and two sisters Alice Aune and June McCliment and nine grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren, and many other relatives. The Coker Funeral Home of Farwell handled arrangements for cremation. His remains will be interned in the Ft. Custer National Cemetery in Battle Creek.
