The submitter has given permission to the MIGenWeb Archives to store the file permanently for free access. _____________________________________________________________________ Lloyd Maynard LaValle, 68, of Harrison, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, November 24, 1999, at MidMichigan Regional Medical Center, Clare, Michigan. Lloyd was born March 13, 193l, in Lansing, the son of Loyd M. and Gladys (Youse) LaValle. Lloyd had resided in the Harrison area since 1973, moving from Grand Ledge. He owned and operated Haskell's Towing Service in Harrison from 1980 until present. He was a member of the Michigan Towing Association. Lloyd M. LaSalle was united in marriage to Dona J. McPhee, onJune 22, 1950 in Lansing. Surviving are his wife, Dona of Harrison, his mother Gladys Hyde of Lansing, one daughter Diana Konkus and husband Lon of Petoskey; two sons, Lloyd and wife Jan, and Loren and wife Mary, all of Harrison; six grandchildren, Kassie Dunn and husband Bryan, Darren and Lyndsay Konkus, Jessica La Valle and Lance and Elizabeth LaValle; four brothers, Jerry Hyde and wife Mickey of Lunenburg, Massachusetts, James Hyde and wife Kris of Mason, Warren Hyde and wife Judy of Candia, New Hampshire and Gordon Hyde and wife Judy of Zephyrhills, Florida; two sisters , Ida Salisbury and husband Randy of Mecosta and Jean Shank and husband Adin of Lansing; a sister in law, Sharol LaValle of Wolverine, plus other relatives and friends. Lloyd was preceded in death by his father, Lloyd and a brother William LaValle and Step father G.O. Hyde. Funeral services were held Saturday, November 27, 1999, at 3:30 pm from Stocking Funeral Home, Harrison, with Elder Dale Beavers officiating. Interment will be in he Maple Grove Cemetery, Harrison, Michigan.
