Obituary of Roland Locke, Clare, Clare County, Michigan

Roland A. Locke of 307 W. 5th St., Clare, passed away April 26th, 1972. The
son of John Henry Locke and Elizabeth Ann (Demaray) Locke was born in
Sanilac County December 8, 1885. He married Flossie M. Gray 9/3/1922. He was
a custodian at the Midland County Courthouse for 19 years, retiring in 1953.
Mr. and Mrs. Locke purchased the Wayside Inn Hotel in 1958. Survived by his
wife, daughter Mrs. Michael Pohoda and two sons, Clayton W. Locke and
Gayland Locke. Burial in Mt. Pleasant Memorial Gardens.
