Michael David Mier, 46, of Harrison, passed away suddenly Tuesday 
June 29, 1999 at his home.  Michael was born July 14, l952, in Lansing,
the son of Kenneth and Lorna (Darmer) Mier.
     Mr. Mier had resided in the Harrison area since 1985, moving from
Lansing.  He was united in marriage to Cindy Witherell on August 21,
1977, in Lansing.  Michael was a member of the Trinity Christian Life
Center, Harrison.
     Surviving are his wife Cindy of Harrison, two sons, Michael Mier
and Joshua Mier, both of Harrison, one sister, Caron Mier of Lansing,
one granddaughter, his parents, Kenneth and Lorna Mier of Lansing and
several nieces and nephews.
     Services were held Friday, July 2, 1999 at 2:00 p.m. from Stocking
Funeral Home., Harrison with Reverend Dennis Feuerstein officiating.
