Pfannes, 80, of Harrison, passed away Wednesday, January 20, 1999, at the Tendercare Nursing Home, Clare, Michigan. Wanda was born September 13, 1918, in Clare County, Michigan the daughter of Edwin and Alice (Enbody) Richardson. Wanda H. Richardson was united in marriage to Richard J. Pfannes on June 26, 1937, in Harrison, Michigan. Surviving are her husband Richard of Harrison, three daughters, Rosemarie Zoellner of Alma, Margaret King and husband Edward of Bridgeport and Sally Hensel of St. Charles, one son, Douglas Pfannes and wife Verna of Hemlock, twelve grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren, a sister, Wylo White of Chesaning plus other relatives and friends. Wanda was preceded in death by her parents, six brothers, three sisters and five grandchildren. Funeral services were held Saturday, January 23, 1999, at 11:00 A.M. from Stocking Funeral Home, Harrison, with Rev. Father Jerome Niedermier officiating. Interment was in St. Athanasius Cemetery, Harrison, Michigan
