Fourth St., Harrison died July 5 at the Midland Hospital Center. She was born March 14, 1898 in Isabella County, the daughter of William H. and Mary A. (Emmons) Bergey. She had resided most of her life in the Harrison area, where she operated a bakery and restaurant, Jennie's Diner. She married George Pearson, who preceded her in death in June 1949. Surviving are two sons, Frank of Harrison, Leon of Howell; two daughters, Mrs. Violet Blosser and Mrs. Dorrene Henry both of Harrison; two brothers, Harry and Jesse Bergey both of Harrison; two sisters, Ellen Friend of Harrison, Dora Bigford of Marion; 27 grandchildren and 46 great-grandchildren. Two sons and two daughters preceded her in death. Funeral services were held Saturday, July 7 from the Coker Funeral Home Inc. Harrison with the Elder Dale Beavers officiating. Burial was in the Summerfield Township Cemetery, Harrison.
