Pranger, 77, of Harrison, passed away Friday, August 20, 1999, at Central Michigan Community Hospital, Mt. Pleasant. Kenneth was born October 12, 1921 in Platte, South Dakota, the son of Rein and Kristina (Nies) Pranger. Mr. Pranger had resided in Harrison since 1976, moving from Lansing. He was a member of the Loyal Order of Moose, Lodge #4235 of Harrison. Surviving are one son, Kenneth Pranger of Grosse Pointe Woods, one daughter, Lucy Kish of Lyons, one brother Sherm Pranger of Portland; one sister, Arlene Whalen of Wyoming; four grandchildren, plus several nieces and nephews. Memorial services were held Sunday, August 22, 1999 at 2:00 pm from Stocking Funeral Home, Harrison, with Pastor Bruce VonWald officiating. Arrangements were entrusted with Stocking Funeral Home, Harrison.
