Robinette, James D.

Chesaning, Michigan

Passed away suddenly Sunday evening at his home.  Age 70 years.  He was born 
April 2, 1890, in Indiana.  He married Floy Gerow in Clare, Mich., April 7, 
1914.  They moved to Chesaning 37 years ago.  He was a member of the Chesaning 
Chamber of Commerce and a charter member of the Chesaning Area Conservation 
Club.  He was service manager for the Stuart Chevrolet Company for 36 years.  
Surviving, besides his wife, are three sons, Elton James and Gail Richard 
Robinette, both of Chesaning; Ross Marion Robinette, Grand Blanc; seven 
grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Dessie Davis and Mrs. Elsie Pudvay, both of 
Clare.  Funeral service will take place at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Morse 
Funeral Chapel, Chesaning.  Rev. Allan Gray will officiate with burial in 
Wildwood Cemetery.  Friends may call at the chapel after 7 p.m. Monday.
