He is survived by his wife, two daughters and eleven grand children. The deceased was a member of the Masonic order, an ex-county treasurer of Missaukee county and very well known and highly esteemed in northern Michigan. Funeral services will be held at Lake City Wednesday. Additional Comments: Anthony Rogers was born March 12, 1849 in North Esk Parish, Northumberland County, New Brunswick, Canada. He was the son of Anthony and Margaret (Sweet) Rogers who, by 1850 were living in or around Milwaukee, Wisconsin and who later removed to Brown Township, Manistee County, Michigan. Anthony married Jane Elizabeth Miller, January 25, 1872. Jane Elizabeth Miller was the daughter of Oliver and Jane (Humphrey) Miller of Brown Township, Manistee Coutny, Michigan.
