Rynkowski, age 89, of Farwell, passed away Wednesday, December 30, 1998 in Clare. Frank was born the son of Ignatius and Magdalen (Siwa) Rynkowski on December 14, 1909 in Detroit. He married the former Sophie Manley on June 29, 1940 in Detroit and she predeceased him in 1985. Frank had worked for the Ford Motor Company as a tool inspector until his retirement in 1972. He had been the past President of the Sinbad Club, and an avid Golfer. Frank had lived in the Clare County Area since coming from DeWitt in 1989, and had attended the St. Cecilia Catholic Church in Clare. Surviving Frank are three sons; Floyd C. (Donna) Manley of Russellville, A.K. Robert L. (Peggy) Manley of Centerline, and Richard J. (Magdalia) Rynkowski of Albuquerque, N.M.; two daughters Karen Kicks of Milford, and Linda J. (Dave) Steffes of Farwell; a siser Helen Wujek; 13 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Frank was predeceased by 8 brothers and a sister. Mass of a Christian Burial took place on Saturday January 2, 1999 at l0:00 am at the St. Cecilia Catholic Church with Father Joseph Ryan officiating. Burial was at the DeWitt Cemetery in DeWitt.
