Obituary from Clare County Cleaver - December 9, 1999

Darrell D. Switzer, 60, of Harrison, passed away suddenly at his
residence on Sunday, December 5, 1999.  Darrell was born June 28, 1939
in Gladwin, MI, the son of Hugh and Flossie (Adablue) Switzer.  Switzer
had resided in rural Harrison since 1983, living previously in
California, Flint and Florida.

Surviving are two sons, Randy of Clare and Sid Curns of Harrison, two
stepsons, Blair Willison and wife Maylyn of Waterford and Brian Willison
and wife Dawn of Madison, WI, step-daughter Pamela Oyler of Flint, two
brothers, Jack Switzer and wife Jean of CA and Donald Switzer of
Coleman, a half-brother Ronald Switzer of Gladwin, two step-sisters,
Lois Bonham of Midland and Sherry Keiser of Clare, two grandchildren
Amanda and Sidney Curns, sever step-grandchildren and several step-great
grandchildren.

Memorial services were held Wednesday, December 8, 1999 at 5:00 p.m. at
Stocking Funeral Home with Rev. Lee Palmer officiating.  Cremation has
taken place.  Arrangements were by Stocking Funeral Home, Harrison, MI.
