The submitter has given permission to the MIGenWeb Archives to store the file permanently for free access. _____________________________________________________________________ Obituaries from the Clare County Review October 17, 1999 Albert Morris Terwilliger, 83 of Farwell, passed away Tuesday, October 12, 1999 at Mid Michigan Medical Center, Clare. Albert was born February 24, 1916, the son of Willard and Addie (Jones) Terwilliger. He was united in marriage to Lillian Love on July 3, 1937 in Ohio. Lillian preceded Albert in death on December 3l, l99l. Albert was the former owner of Terwilliger Food Town in Farwell. He retired from the Farwell Post Office in 1984 after 24 years of service. He was a member of the Farwell Rotary Club, a trustee for the Surrey Township Library, Trustee for the Village of Farwell, and was a Little League Coach in Clawson, Michigan, for many years. Albert is survived by two sons; Judd and Barbara Terwilliger of Farwell and Garth Terwilliger of Bay City Michigan; four grandchildren; seven great grandchildren, and many other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by two sisters and two brothers. Visitation was held Wednesday Evening and Thursday from 10 am to 9 pm, and l0 am to 2 pm on Friday. Funeral Services were held 2 pm Friday from the Coker Funeral Home, with Rev. Tom Ball officiating. Burial was in the Surrey Township Cemetery.
