The Clare County Cleaver, Harrison, Mich., Thursday, June 24, 1999

Jean Ann Van Hoose, age 62 of Clare, passed away at home June 18,
surrounded by her family after a lengthy illness.  Jean was born the
daughter of John and Marjorie (Loomis) Walworth on February 14, 1937 in
Clare.  Jean was a life long resident of the Clare area, and retired
assembly worker for Delfield.  She attended the Clare United Methodist
Church, and was described by her children as the "Perfect Mother"
     Jean is survived by her sons Scott (Mary Ellen) and Mark (Margaret)
both of Clare, a daughter Kelly (John) Koch of Waterville, Maine a
brother Alfred Walworth of  Clare; 4 grandchildren, Lindsey, Walker,
Evan and Kendell, also survived by many nieces and nephews.  Jean was
predeceased by her parents.
     Services took place Tuesday, June 22 at ll:00 a.m. at the Clare
Methodist Church with Pastor Thomas Hicks officiating.  Burial was in
the Cherry Grove Cemetery.  Memorials may be made to the Pardee Cancer
Fund.  Arrangements by the Stephenson-Wyman Funeral Home, Inc. of Clare.
