Note:  Death certificate shows he was the son of Geo Bently (NY) and Jane 
Parker (Unk). male, white, married, farmer, married at age 23, parent of 5 
children,  born June 27, 1850 New York State and died on July 1, 1905 Garfield 
Twp., Clare, MI at the age of 55 years and 4 days, cause of death diabetes 
mellitius.  Informant Mrs. Libby Bently of Crooked Lake.  Burial was on July 
3, 1905 Crooked Lake Cemetery (Garfield Twp. Cemetery).
