FRANK DICK Succumbed to Consumption Wednesday Morning Mrs. Frank DICK died of consumption Wednesday morning at the home of her sister, Mrs. Ivan MCKEEBY, on Spring street. Mrs. DICK had been confined to her bed for four months but was very patient, and the day before her death moved with her sister and their families into the home where she died. Eva MOWAT was born in Alma, October 3, 1882. She came to St. Johns with her parents when a child and on July 3, 1900, was united in marriage to Frank DICK, who with to children, Thelma, aged 4, and Carl, aged 2, survive her. She also leaves her father, George MOWAT, two sisters, Mrs. Iva MCKEEBY and Mrs. Frank SOBERS [i.e. SILVERS], of St. Johns, and one brother, George MOWAT, of South Bend, Indiana. The funeral services will be held at the house Saturday morning at 10 o'clock, Rev. R.S. MCGREGOR officiating. Clinton Republican, Thursday, September 1, 1904, p.1, column 4.
