Former Minister At Maple Rapids Dies January 27 

Maple Rapids — Word has been received of the death of Rev. J. A. Foote of 
Grand Ledge. He was visiting at the home of his son, Dr. J. A. Fotte of 
Lincoln Park and died very suddenly January 27. The funeral was held at the 
Congregational church in Grand Ledge and burial at Charlotte. Rev. Foote 
preached at the Maple Rapids M. E. church about 22 years ago.
