Eunice Forbes Scott - January 14, 1780 - May 7, 1840
Born January 14, 1780 at Shoreham, Vermont.
Died May 7, 1840 at DeWitt, Michigan.
Wife of Captain David Scott and the first woman pioneer of Clinton County, 
settled at DeWitt, in 1833.
Erected by the Clinton County Historical Society, dedicated with her 
descendants, October 8, 1833
