Rowland S. VanScoy - November 22, 1814 - October 14, 1890

Born in Kent, Dutchess County, New York. Emmigrated to Michigan, in 1839 and 
settled in Dewitt Township, Clinton County, Removed to Essex, Clinton County, 
in 1854 and died October 14, 1890. He was a Farmer & a Banker
