Marriage License.
Clinton County.
Mr. Carlton Kimball and M. Alois Rose affidavit having been filed in this
office, as provided by Public Act No. 128, Laws of 1887, as amended, by which it
appears that said Carlton Kimball is 20 years of age, color is white, residence
is St. Johns, Mich., and birthplace was Clinton Co., Mich., occupation is
Farmer, father's name Charlie L. Kimball, and mother's maiden name was Mary J.
Gay has been previous married no times; and that said Elois Rose is 19 years of
age, color is white, residence is Riley, Clinton Co. Mich. and birthplace was
Clinton Co. Mich., occupation is House Work, father's name George Rose, and
mother's maiden name was Jennie Wilcox, and who has been previously married no
times, and whose maiden name was ---, and --- consent, in case she has not
attained the age of eighteen years, has been filed in my office.  In Witness
Whereof. I have hereunto attached my hand and the seal of Clinton County,
Michigan, this 4th day of October, A. D. 1917  John Walker, County Clerk

Certificate of Marriage.
Between Mr. Carlton Kimball and Miss Alois Rose
I hereby certify that, in accordance with the above license, the persons herein
mentioned were joined in marriage by me, at St. Johns, County of Clinton,
Michigan, on the Fourth day of October, A. D. 1917, in the presence of Illah
Kimball, of St. Johns, and Erma Baylis, of St. Johns, as witnesses.
