Sabin who, being duly sworn according to law, declares that he is 70 years of age and a resident of Dimondale, county of Eaton State of Michigan; and that he is the identical person who was enrolled at Albion, Mich., under the name of George O. Sabin, on the 12 day of September, 1863, as a Private, in Co., A 11 Regiment Michigan Volunteer Cavalry in the service of the United States, in the Civil war and was Honorably Discharge at Palaski, Tenn. on the 12 Jul 1865 That he was not employed in the military or naval service of the United States otherwise thatn as stated above. That his personal descrition at enlistment was as follows: Height 5 feet 7 inches; complexion light; color of eyes Blue; color of hair, light that his occupation was Farmer, that he was born Jan 1, 1845 at Medina Co., Ohio That his several place of residence since leaving ther service have been as follows: Dimondale, Mich, Gaylord Mich 1898-192 That he is a pensioner under certificate no 82636 That he has not applied for pension under original 82636 That he makes this declartion for the purpose of being place on the pension roll of the United States under the provisions of the act of May 11, 1912 That his post office addres is Dimondale, county of Eaton State of Michiggan Attest E.
