OBITUARY: NELLIE ALLEN

Mrs. Nellie May Allen, 92, formerly of 114 ½ E. Scott Street, Grand Ledge,
passed away September 8, 1976 at a Lansing hospital.

Mrs Allen was a lifetime area resident, having lived in Watertown Township
for 56 years before moving to Grand Ledge 15 years ago. She was born August
16, 1884 in Eagle Township.

She was a member of the first United Methodist church of Grand Ledge and
a member of the United Methodist Women, Senior Citizens and a member of
the North Eagle Cemetery society for over 50 years.

Funeral services were held Saturday at 1 p.m.
