LAWRENCE ELMER BAKER, 85, of Charlotte, died January 8, 1999.

Mr. Baker was born Dec. 19, 1914 in Sturgis, MI the son of Glenn William and Elizabeth 
May (Chapel) Baker. He was employed by the state of Michigan Dept of Social Services 
in both Lansing and Ann Arbor.

Services were Jan. 11 at the Pray Funeral Home, Charlotte, with the Rev. Mark Booth 
officiating. Internment was in the Rose Lawn Cemetery, Perry Twp., Perry.
