FUNERAL HELD TODAY FOR F. M. BOSWORTH

Funeral services for Francis M. Bosworth, father of Mrs. Eva Bosworth Gibbs
of 158 Sharon avenue, a resident of Olivet for many years, were conducted
at 2 o’clock this afternoon from the Burkhead funeral home at Olivet. Burial
was in the Bosworth cemetery near Olivet.

Mr Bosworth, who was well known in Masonic circles, died Tuesday morning
at the Masonic home in Alma where he had resided for the last five years.
He had been in failing health more than a year. Mr. Bosworth would have
been 86 years old on September 23.

Mr. Bosworth joined the Masonic order when he was 21 years old. He and
his wife, who preceded him in death, were charter members of the Olivet
Order of Eastern Star. He traveled for some time for the Empire Drill Co.,
and visited many Masonic lodges of the state.
