Mr. Burns was born in Sunfield and has always lived here. He was married to Miss Mary Richardson 46 years ago. A son Charles was born to this couple, who died in infancy. He leaves besides his widow, a foster daughter, Mrs. Mable Shellenbarger of Lake Odessa; two grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs Nancy Linhart and Mrs Mary Cogswell, and a number of nieces and nephews. The funeral will be at the home at 2 p.m. Friday in charge of H. H. Mapes and son, Jack.
