ISABELLE T. COOK

Isabelle T. Cook, 77, of 304 E. Henry Street, Charlotte, died January 15, 1983, in Green 
Acres City, Florida where she had been spending the winter.

She was a retired bank clerk.

Funeral services were held January 18, at the Burkhead Funeral Chapel in Charlotte with 
the Rev. Z William Colson officiating.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association. Envelopes 
are available at the funeral home.

Interment in Maple Hill Cemetery, Charlotte.
