OBITUARY

Again we are reminded of our mortality by the death angel passing through 
this village and snatching from our midst a promising and industrious 
youth.

Frank M. Campbell, age 18 years, 5 months, 11 days born in Vermontville, 
Jan.16, 1876 and died of peritonitis June 27, 1894 after a sickness of 
only 5 days. During that short time his sufferings were intense. Death is 
an unwelcome visitor but especially so when it takes from us the young; 
those just budding into manhood.

Frank M. Campbell was the son of Thomas and Ann Eliza (Dikeman) Campbell
and the brother of Hollis, Burt, and Flossie Campbell.
