ANN ELIZA CAMPBELL Mrs. Ann Eliza Campbell was born in Rutland, VT, December 25th 1847. She was the daughter of Martin W. and Mary Ann (Worcester) Dikeman in a family of six daughters and one son. March 8th, 1873, she was married to Thomas Campbell at Pittsfield, Ohio. As the fruit of this union three sons and one daughter were born. One son died in infancy at Sand Lake and another son died in Vermontville twenty-six years ago at the age of eighteen. The first three years of the deceased's married life, the family resided in LaGrange, Ohio. They then removed to Vermontville, where Mrs. Campbell continued to live over forty years, until the time of her death which occurred Wednesday of this week, Mary 19th, 1920, in the 73rd year of her age. Her husband died three years ago last January. She is survived by one brother, Hollis Dikeman of Vermontville, by one son, Hollis Campbell of Toledo, Ohio, by one daughter, Mrs. Flossie (Ernest) Rawson, by five grandchildren and by two great grandchildren. The interment was in Woodlawn cemetery.
