GRAND LEDGE INDEPENDENT

THELMA L. KLENKE

Mrs Klenke, age 80 of Grand Ledge, passed away May 10, 1988 in a Lansing 
hospital. She was born May 22, 1907 in East Jordon, Michigan, the daughter 
of Lucius and Erma (Crawford) Ranney.

She was a graduate of Western Michigan University; former school teacher; 
retired office manager of Mid Michigan Medical Center of Grand Ledge; life 
member of the Grand Ledge O.E.S. Chapter #14; and a 60 year member of the 
Grand Ledge First United Methodist Church.

Funeral services were held Friday, May 13, 1988 at the Peter's & Murray 
Funeral Home, Grand Ledge with Rev. Philip brown of the Grand Ledge First 
United Methodist church officiating with interment at the Oakwood 
Cemetery, Grand Ledge.

The family suggest those wishing may make contributions to the Grand Ledge 
O.E.S. #14 Memorial fund. Envelopes are available at the funeral home.
