Gladys Irene Mathias, 85, formerly of Olivet, died June 3, 1989, at
Spring Hill Manor in Battle Creek.

Mrs. Mathias was born in Allegan County, the daughter of Frederick
& Almina (Elliott) Lamoreaux. She was a homemaker and a member of
the Olivet Senior Citizens.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Leon Mathias, in 1962, three daughters, Rosetta Davis,
Margaret Fuller, and Leona Potter, and one son, Lowell Mathias.

Services were June 5 at Pray Funeral Home, Charlotte. Interment in
Oakwood Cemetery, Eaton Rapids, MI.
