Gerald Laverne Montague, 56 of Charlotte died Dec. 14, 1989.

Mr. Montague was born in Barry County, the son of Ernest & Eva (Gay) Montague.

He is survived by his wife; three daughters; six grandchildren; one brother; 
several nieces and nephews; and his mother-in-law.

Private memorial services were held Dec. 16 at the Lawrence Avenue United
Methodist Church, Charlotte. Arrangements by the Pray Funeral Home, Charlotte.
