Died: Monday morning - 6:30 - 4/5/1948 - at residence - 31? Dunbar St., 
Potterville - resident of community for past 25 years
Born:  May 7, 1877 in Lewiston, Illinois
Survivors:  wife - Ida Isabell; 2 sisters - Mrs. Cora Eagle of Cuba, Ill., 
Mrs. Rhoda Hernbeck of Knoxville, Ill; 2 brother - Henry of Elmwood, Ill.
Funeral: Potterville Methodist Church - Thursday 3 pm - Rev. Donald Scranton 
officiating.  (Body was removed to the Burkhead Funeral Home in Charlotte - 
but returned to the residence Tuesday.)
Burial:  Potterville Cemetery
Pallbearers:  Harmon Saylor, Dennis Carl, Jesse Polk, Charles Ledle, D.C. 
Montgomery, Howard Fhaner
