SERVICES HELD SATURDAY FOR MRS. SUSIE PEABODY

Funeral services for Mrs Susie Peabody, 87, of Sunfield were held Saturday
afternoon, October 15, from the Mapes-Fisher Funeral Home. Mrs Peabody
passed away at Lansing General Hospital October 12, 1966.

Mrs Susan (Susie) M. Peabody was born in Holland, Michigan,
the daughter of Henry and Mary (Fuller) Kenyon. She had lived in the Sunfield
area for 68 years. Mrs Peabody was a longtime member of the Sunfield Methodist
Church and the Woman's Society of Christian Service.

Surviving are four daughters; two sons; three sisters; two brothers; 12 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.

The Rev. Clinton Galloway, pastor of the Sunfield Methodist Church, officiated
at the 2 p.m. service. Interment was in East Sebewa Cemetery.

Casketbearers were Everett Kenyon, Maynard Kenyon, Norman Kenyon, Edward
Kenyon, James Glover and Paul Bishop.
