OBITUARY: MRS SOPHRONIA RANDALL

Sophronia Randall died at her home in this village on January 3rd,
at the age of seventy-four years two months.

The funeral services were conducted at the house Monday at two o'clock
by the Rev. Haynes, interment being at Woodlawn cemetery.

She was born at Virgil, Cortland County, New York on the seventy day
of April 1830. She came to Michigan when sixteen years of age and
married Eli Randall in the year 1848, at Inkster of this state. Of
a family of eleven children, six boys and five girls, three sisters
and one brother are still living, one sister, Mrs J. A. Lackey living
in this village, the rest of them are still residing in New York.
