Edward K. Smith, 85, of Onekama, formerly of Charlotte, died Thurs. Oct.
18, 1990 in Manistee after an extended illness.

Mr. Smith was born in Charlotte, the son of Newell & Genevieve (Dennison)
Smith and lived most of his life in Charlotte until moving to Onekama.

He had been involved with other family members in the operation of the
former Community Laundry in Charlotte. He was a founding member of the
Eaton Co. Buck Club and a life member of the Charlotte Lodge #120 F.&A.M.
