Robert L. Sanders, 64, of Nineveh, Ind., died Dec. 4, 1989, in Indiana.

Mr. Sanders was a former Charlotte resident, moving to Indiana in the 1960s.
He was born in Eaton County.
He was a World War II veteran, serving with the U.S. Army, and was past
commander of VFW Post 2406 in Charlotte and past commander of the American
Legion Post in Bedford, Ind.

Services were held Dec. 7 at the Pray Funeral Home, Charlotte. Interment
in Needmore Cemetery.
