She was born in Sunfield Township December 18, 1892, the daughter of Sarah (Croy) and LeGrande D. Lovell. Mrs Van Buren lived most of her life in this vicinity. She was a retired employee of Mapes Furniture Store. Pearl married Earl Van Buren. Pearl was preceeded in death by one brother, Arby Lovell and three sisters Mar Clay, Sylvia Welch, and Grace Collier. Besides her sons and sister she is survived by 3 granddaughters, 7 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. Also many nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held May 31 from the Mapes- Fisher Funeral Home in Sunfield. Officiating was the Rev. Carl Olson. Interment was in Sunfield Cemetery. Pallbearers were Edward Black, P.J. Welch, Ralph Willson, John Bosworth, Elmer Van Antwerp and Fred Van Antwerp..
