Charlotte Shopping Guide:

Clare Eldon Wells, 61, of Charlotte, died June 6, 1989. Mr. Wells was born in Eaton 
County, the son of Homer & Pearl (Leslie) Wells. He was a car hauler for Anchor Motor 
Freight for 31 years, and was a member of American Legion Post No. 42, the FOE Eagles 
No. 3552, and a committeeman for many years for Teamsters Local No. 580.

Services were held June 9 at the Pray Funeral Home, Charlotte. Interment 
was in the Bosworth Cemetery..
