Homer Wells, 88, of W. Mt. Hope Hwy., Vermontville, passed away July 12,
1982 at the Eaton Co. Medical Care Facility in Charlotte. He had been ill
for some time.

Mr. Wells was born Oct. 15, 1893 in Vermontville Twp., the son of Orrin
& Ella (Trim) Wells. He was a farmer and a life-long resident of Sunfield
Twp. Mr. Wells was a member of Zion Lutheran Church near Woodland, and
a life member of F&AM Lodge No. 232 of Vermontville.

Funeral services were held at 2:00 pm Thursday, July 15 from the Mapes-Fisher
Funeral Home in Sunfield. Interment in the Sunfield Cemetery.
