Dora Irene Wehr, 64, of Charlotte, died Sept. 15, 1988, at Hayes Green
Beach Hospital. Mrs. Wehr was born in Ionia, the daughter of Herman A.
& Tillie Catherine (Hafner) Stanke. She and her husband, Rex, were foster
parents for many years. She was a member of the Peace Lutheran Church.

She is survived by her husband; two daughters; two sons;
14 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; her mother; 
three sisters; five brothers. She was preceded
in death by her brother, Harold Stanke, a sister-in-law, Ruth Wehr, and
her father, Herman Stanke.

Services were Sept. 19 at the Pray Funeral Home, Charlotte. Interment in
the Center Eaton Cemetery.
