There was considerable vandalism at this cemetery a few years ago so several stones have been broken and repaired making parts of the inscriptions impossible to read; several stones appear to be completely missing based on a prior recording from 1976. Also, it appears some stones may not be in their original location. A comparison of that 1976 recording and this one (2007) reveals some differences. If a stone is now unreadable, information from the prior recording has been used. The 1976 recording says this cemetery was given by John D., Or[a]mel D., and William P. Skinner of the Skinner family who came in 1837 from Windsor County, Vermont.
