Nina was the daughter of Frank Milford Sheldon and his second wife, Sarah Elizabeth Letts. Gordon and she had three children. They made a lovely couple; we have a photograph of them dated circa 1900; she sits in a rocking chair with a soft, knowing smile as Gordon kneels beside her. We believe it may have been their wedding portrait. Gordon was a drummer in the Partello Band; a photo dated 1901 shows Gordon standing near his father-in-law, Frank Milford Sheldon (a clarinet player), and next to brother, Floyd Gordon (a trumpet player); the photo is of 13 of the 15 members of the partello band; see http://www.albionmich.com/history/histor_notebook/011028.shtml File at: http://files.usgwarchives.net/mi/eaton/photos/tombstones/bosworth/gph65raymond.txt This file has been created by a form at http://www.genrecords.org/mifiles/ File size: 1.5 Kb
