John is buried with his wife Anna in the Maple Hill Cemetery, located at 801 
Tullybrown Road, Charlotte, Michigan. They are buried near to the graves of 
some other Lings. I don't have the exact location in the cemetery, but if you 
make a sharp left as you enter the cemetery and make the first right and park, 
the graves are just to the right. Their headstone reads:

                 LING
ANNA E.                JOHN
1840-1931        1835-1880
