Note:  Uriah Helm was the son of Henry T. and Nancy (Filley )Helm.  He married
Caroline Wickham on March 16, 1842 in Carlton, Orleans Co., NY.  They were the 
parents of Dan Velsey Helm and Samuel Wickham Helm.

Caroline Wickham was the daughter of Samuel and Nancy (Osborn) Wickham.  She 
was born in Carlton, Orleans Co., NY and passed way in Eaton Co., MI  She 
married John Schull on June 25, 1879 in Charlotte, Eaton Co., MI.

Dan Velsey Helm, son of Uriah and Caroline Helm, was born December 1, 1844 in 
Carlton, Orleans Co., NY and died December 31, 1907 in Roxand, Eaton Co., MI.  
He married Viola Preston on August 18, 1867 in Chester, Eaton Co., MI.  They 
were the parents of Fred Runnels Helm, Nellie Elsene Helm, Mary Sabrina (Helm) 
Davis and Cassie Velsey Helm.


Viola (Preston) Helm was the daughter of Ambrose and Sabrina (Runnels) 
Preston.  She was born January 1, 1844 in Oneida, Eaton Co., MI and died 
February 9, 1936 in Roxand, Eaton Co., MI.

Fred Runnels Helm was born December 10, 1869 in Roxand, Eaton Co., MI and died 
July 24, 1949 in Roxand, Eaton Co., MI.

Cassie Velsey Helm was born January 16, 1877 in Needmore, Eaton co., MI and 
died December 12, 1954 in Grand Ledge, Eaton Co., MI.  She married George 
Raymond Wildern on November 13, 1900 in Needmore, Eaton Co., MI.  They were 
the parents of two children, Kenneth Helm Wildern and Thelma Elizabeth Wildern.
George Raymond Wildern was the son of Job and Amert (Raymond) Wildern.  He was 
born January 20, 1877 in Tilsonburg, Ontario, Canada and passed away March 29, 
1965 in Detroit, Wayne Co., MI.  

Their son Kenneth Helm Wildern was born August 5, 1904 in Olivet, Eaton Co., 
MI and died April 2, 1990 in Redford, Wayne Co., MI.  He was married to Gladys 
Viola Brown June 6, 1931 in Jackson, Jackon Co., MI.

Thelma Elizabeth Wildern was born July 16, 1914 in Lansing, Ingham Co., MI and 
died February 16, 1999 in United Home, Warren Co., MI.  She married Ford Duane 
Johnson November 23, 1938 in Grand Ledge, Eaton Co., MI.

Nellie Elsene Helm was born January 4, 1871 in Roxand, Eaton Co., MI and died 
April 20, 1962 in Charlotte, Eaton Co., MI.  She married Ransom Rant Sherman 
on April 28, 1888.  Ransom Rant Sherman was born October 19, 1859 and died 
January 14, 1934.

Mary Sabrina Helm was born December 25, 1872 in Roxand, Eaton Co., MI and died 
December 9, 1964 in Charlotte, Eaton Co., MI.  She married Edwin Davis May 4, 
1892 and they were the parents of Zora (Davis) Lottman.  See their information 
under the Davis line.
