PERKINS MONUMENT

The following headstone was located near the Perkins Monument:

SARAH E.
1846 - 1911

Note: 

1900 Petoskey, Emmet Co, MI shows Jacob Perkins, age 58 born May 1842 Canada 
(English) and Sarah E. Perkins born May 1846 MI

1920 census shows Jacob Perkins, age 87 born Canada (English) Widow and 
housekeeper Elsie Surine age 64 also widowed born abt 1856 MI.

I think Jacob's age should have said 78 and not 87.  Also I did not find a 
headstone for him near the Perkin's Monument or Sarah's headstone.
