Note:  Joshua Bobier was the son of Gregory and Sarah (Dockerill) Bobier, 
husband of Jane M. (McIntosh) Bobier. They were the parents of the following 
children:

Lydia Esther Bobier 1861 – 1944

Death certificate shows Joshua Bobier was the son of Gregory Bobier and Sarah 
Dockrell (both of Ireland), male, white, farmer, widowed, married at age 28 
parent of 9 children 7 living, born May 9, 1824 Canada and died on July 27, 
1904 in Roxand Twp., Eaton Co., Mich at the age of 80 years 2 months and 18 
days, cause of death veinous congestion and statis of brain. Informant was 
Alexander Bobier. Burial was on July 30, 1904 in Maxson Cemetery.

Note: Family sources and death certificate shows birthdate year of 1824 and 
headstone shows 1823

Death certificate shows Rhea Bobier was the daughter of Alonzo Bobier and Ella 
Rook (both of Canada), female, white, single, born October 19, 1893 Michigan 
and died on October 19, 1903 in Oneida Twp., Eaton Co., Michigan at the age of 
10 years, cause of death Bright's Disease acute uremia poisoning. Burial was 
on October 21, 1903 in Chester, Eaton Co., Michigan.

Bertha L. (Bobier) Beaubier/Vanderjagt was the daughter of Alonzo and Ella 
Bobier and wife of Cornelius Vander Jagt
