Note:  Death certificate shows that Elydia J. Collins was the daughter of 
Josiah Sadler and Maria Sweet (both of New York), female, white, married, 
housewife, born September 21, 1842 Michigan and died on May 19, 1912 Eaton 
Rapids, Eaton Co., Mich at the age of (not given), cause of death vascular 
heart lesions. Informant Claud Collins of Eaton Rapids. Burial was on May 21, 
1912 Rose Hill Cemetery, Eaton Rapids, Michigan.

Death Certificate shows Hattie M. Collins was the daughter of Jas Blackmer 
(N.Y. State) and ? Douglas (Oakland Co., Mich), female, white, married at age 
26, parent of one child, none living, born September 22, 1870 Ionia Co., Mich. 
and died on April 11, 1909 Eaton Rapids, Eaton Co., Mich at the age of 38 
years 6 months and 19 days, cause of death tuberculosis. Informant C. W. 
Collins of Eaton Rapids, Mich. Burial was on April 13, 1909 Rose Hill 
Cemetery, Eaton Rapids, Michigan.
