Note: Death certificate shows Etta Frances Collins was the daughter of Jas 
Blackmer (NY) and Ann B. Douglas (Mich), female, white, married, married at 
age 22, parent of 4 children, 3 living, born September 18, 1867 Mich and died 
on February 16, 1901 Hamlin Twp., Eaton Co., Mich at the age of 33 years and 5 
months, cause of death bronchitis and ulseration of the bowels. Informant J. 
J. Vaughan, Eaton Rapids, Mich. Burial was on February 20, 1901 Eaton Rapids, 
Mich.
