Henry is buried with his wife Elisabeth in the West Carmel Cemetery. This is 
connected to the West Carmel Congregational Church, located at 5016 Carlise 
Highway, Charlotte, Michigan. This is 5 miles west of Charlotte on M-79, and 1 
mile south on Ainger Road. They are buried near to their daughter Mary and her 
husband John Bigley. Their headstone reads:

  HENRY  SEP. 2, 1827, MAY 10, 1899
ELISBETH  OCT. 14, 1827, MAY 11, 1904
