Note:  Death certificate shows Lena May Forrest was the daughter of Alvin 
Gillett and Leora Stone (both of Mich), female, white, married, housewife, 
married at age 15 parent of 1 child 1 living, born June 1, 1881 Michigan and 
died on September 19, 1900 Lansing, Ingham Co., Michigan at the age of 19 
years 3 months and 18 days, cause of death Typhoid Fever. Informant B. F. 
Gillett of Brookfield, Michigan. Burial was on September 21, 1900 West Windsor 
Cemetery, Dimondale, Michigan. 

Death certificate show Verny Roy Forrest was the son of Alber J. Forrest 
(Carmal?) and Lena Gillett (Mich), male, white, born July 23, 1899 Michigan 
and died on March 7, 1901 Lansing, Ingham Co., Michigan at the age of 1 year 7 
months and 11 days, cause of death Pneumonia. Informant Alvin E. Gillett. 
Burial was on March 10, 1901 in West Windsor Cemetery, Dimondale, Michigan. 

Not sure if Mother's (Mary) last name is Forrest or Gillett and not sure if 
the death year is 1890
