SLOAN DIED SEPT 7, 1867 AGED 11 MO'S & 7 D'S JAY SLOAN 18236 - 1900 ALMIRA SLOAN 1838 - UNCUT Note: Death certificate shows that Jay Sloan was the son of Thomas and Hannah Hall (US), male, white, married, married at age 22, parent of 2 children 2 living, salesman, born December 18, 1835 (Headstone shows 1836) in New York and died on February 19, 1900 in Homer, Calhoun Co., Michigan at the age of 64 years and 2 months, cause of death apoplexy and heart failure. Death certificate shows he was buried on February 22, 1900 in Cooks Cemetery, Eakford (?)
